DELIVERY:
Thank you or shopping with us! We sincerely hope you like our products. We offer delivery island-wide in Singapore in 3-5 business days for a flat fee of 8$. If you need your order delivered faster we have a 20$ urgent delivery option. Please contact us directly should you need this.
If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe (keeping in mind public holidays) please contact us immediately.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS:
If there’s a mistake in your order (we are humans running this behind the scenes), please get in touch with us on the phone or by email as soon as possible within 3 days of receiving your order for exchange.
If you want to return a product because you changed your mind don’t worry. You just need bring it to the shop within 7 days of purchase or send it to the shop, to the address below.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds and we will not cover the cost of shipping a product back unless it’s faulty. Your return will be given in store credit, not cash or credit card. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, We accept items with original tags attached and in original packaging.
You will be issued online store credit once we receive and verify the package within 7 days. If you return the product in store, your credit will be given to you on the spot.
CANCELATIONS:
Once an order is placed online, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel your order
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards purchased online are only yo be redeem in store. A paper voucher will be mailed to you free of charge. Gift cards purchased in store are not valid online.
SALES ITEMS"
Items discounted under sales and in the outlet won’t be eligible for returns or exchange.
